This is available to Societies and to individual members, separately from any existing engagement.

Fee: From Rs. 10,000, depending on the number of consultation sessions and the complexity of the matter — confirmed with you before work begins.

Our mandate on Society engagements: When appointed as PMC by a Co-operative Housing Society, D-HUB Group acts exclusively for that Society and its members, with no advisory or financial engagement with the developer on the same redevelopment. This is separate from our PMC and design consultancy work for builders, developers and institutions, which are distinct engagements on different projects.
Please note: Statutory provisions, Government Resolutions and procedural requirements referred to above are subject to periodic amendment. D-HUB Group confirms the current, applicable provisions and required documentation for your specific matter at the time of engagement, and does not rely on unverified secondary sources when advising your Society.
New: redevelopment GR dated 30 September 2026. The new Government Resolution sets out the step-by-step procedure for redevelopment. Read the 50 questions and answers in English, Marathi, Hindi, Urdu or Roman Urdu on our GR Q&A page.
