Our Fees & Engagement Structure

Indicative ranges only — to help you plan and budget, not a binding quotation. Last reviewed: 16 October 2026.

Please read before relying on any figure below: The ranges on this page are indicative only, meant to help you budget and plan. The final fee for your Society's or your specific matter is confirmed in writing by the D-HUB team only after we have reviewed your actual documents, case history and requirements. Depending on the criticality of the documentation and the complexity of the project, the final fee may be higher or lower than the range shown here.
Call us for the best fee. A published range is only a guide. The finest quote is given after we see your file. Call +91 88506 65079 or WhatsApp and send these four documents first:
  1. The first agreement with the developer of the previous building.
  2. The approved plan.
  3. The property card.
  4. A disclosure if the society already has an engagement with another PMC or developer for conveyance, PMC or redevelopment.

Without these, a quote is a guess. With them, we can confirm the fee in writing.

How We Charge

Our fee is paid solely by the party that appoints us — a Society, or a builder, developer or institution. On a Society-appointed engagement, we do not receive any commission, fee or benefit from the developer, contractor or vendor on that same project. Fees are typically structured in one of these ways, depending on the service:

  • Fixed professional fee for a defined scope (e.g., a deemed conveyance matter, a feasibility study), payable in instalments linked to milestones
  • Per-session or per-matter fee for advisory services (e.g., Second Opinion Consultancy, Resolution Drafting)
  • Retainer or percentage-based fee for ongoing PMC engagements spanning the full redevelopment or construction lifecycle, agreed against the specific project's scale and duration

We provide a written fee proposal before any engagement begins, so your Society's General Body or your own decision is made with full clarity. GST, where applicable, is charged in addition to the fees shown. Any tax deducted at source is handled as required by law.

Services with a Published Indicative Range

These two services are structured simply enough that we can share a working range upfront:

Service Indicative Range
Second Opinion Consultancy (feasibility study, legal case, redevelopment strategy) From Rs. 10,000, depending on the number of consultation sessions
Resolution Drafting — critical/complex (developer selection, bye-law amendment) Rs. 2,000 – Rs. 5,000 per resolution
Resolution Drafting — routine/smaller (vacancy filling, minor approvals) From Rs. 500, by mutual agreement

Services Quoted After Document Review

For the services below, the scope varies too much project-to-project for a general range to be meaningful — a Society with a straightforward title history and one with years of unresolved disputes cannot fairly be quoted the same figure. We provide a written proposal for each, free of charge, after an initial no-obligation consultation:

  • Deemed Conveyance under MOFA
  • Redevelopment Feasibility Study
  • Tender Design & Developer Evaluation
  • Self-Redevelopment Advisory
  • Structural Audit & Assessment
  • Legal Scrutiny & Agreement Review
  • Revenue Record & Title Resolution
  • Full-cycle PMC retainer (Society or Builder/Developer engagements)
  • Design, statutory approvals and construction PMC for builders, developers and institutions
